Since we opened our doors in 1994, Monteverde Especial has been our go-to coffee blend for espresso. With this season’s Monteverde coffee harvest not expected to arrive until late summer, we knew we had to come up with something a comparable replacement for the crowd favorite. Our expert roasted put their magic to work and crafted Dovetail, a harmonious blend of Sidamo and Latin American coffees that is just as special as Especial.
Origin: Latin America & Ethiopia
Process: Natural, Washed
Roast: Vienna, French
Notes: Full bodied and juicy, featuring an orange and stone fruit acidity. Molasses sweetness with flavors of strawberry, blackcurrant, milk chocolate, and hazelnut. Lingering and sweet finish.
