Our Roasts
Light – Our lightest roast, snappy, acidic, and mildly toasty.
Vienna – Our medium roast, sweet and balanced.
French – Our dark roast, robust, rich, and full-flavored.
Italian – Our darkest roast, the beans are burnt, smoky, intense, and bittersweet.

Coffee notes are descriptions of each coffee’s individual characteristics - the subtle inherent flavors unique to each coffee that are dependent on growing conditions, location, processing, and roasting. Conversely, in flavored coffee, the flavor is altered through the addition of natural flavorings.
